เรื่องราวของครูใหญ่ที่โดนเด็กแสบ 2 คนคอยกลั่นแกล้งสารพัดในโรงเรียน จนเขาตัดสินใจกักบริเวณเด็กทั้งสองในห้องทำงานตัวเอง เรื่องที่ไม่คาดคิดก็เกิดขึ้น เมื่อเด็กแสบทั้งสองดันเล่นสะกดจิตครูใหญ่ให้กลายเป็นซุปเปอร์ฮีโร่กางเกงใน เรื่องเล่นๆจึงกลายเป็นปัญหาโลกแตก เมื่อครูใหญ่คิดว่าตัวเองเป็นฮีโร่จริงๆ เด็กแสบทั้งสองจึงต้องทำให้ครูใหญ่กลับมาเป็นเหมือนเดิมให้ได้
