สำหรับเรื่องราวภาคนี้ ไม่เกี่ยวข้องจากภาคก่อนๆ นัก ดำเนินขึ้นในยุคแห่งบรันสวิค เมื่อ กัปตันแจ็ค เดินทางมายังกรุงลอนดอน เพื่อช่วยเหลือ โจชามี กิบส์ จากการถูกพิจารณาคดี เพราะถูกเข้าใจผิดว่าเป็นตน แต่กลับได้รู้ข่าวการถูกแอบอ้างชื่อไปใช้หาลูกเรือเพื่อเดินทางหาน้ำพุแห่งเยาว์วัย เขาจึงได้เดินทางออกตามหาแจ็คตัวปลอม จนได้พบว่า แองเจลิก้า อดีตคนรักเก่า ลูกสาวของ จอมโจรสลัดเคราดำ คือผู้อยู่เบื้องหลัง ซึ่งต่อมาแจ็คก็ได้ร่วมเดินทางร่วมหาน้ำพุเยาว์วัยบนเรือควีนแอนส์ รีเวนจ์ ร่วมกับพวกเขา เพราะแจ็คคือคนๆ เดียวที่มีแผนที่เดินเรือ โดยมีกองทัพเรือแห่งราชอาณาจักรไล่ตามอยู่ อย่างไรก็ตาม พิธีกรรมเพิ่มอายุไขจำเป็นต้องใช้ถ้วยเงินและน้ำตานางเงือก แต่ก็ยังคงมีกองทัพสเปนที่มักนำหน้าพวกเขาก้าวนึงเสมอ แม้เป้าหมายการเดินทางเสี่ยงตายในครั้งนี้จะไม่ใช่เพราะน้ำพุเยาว์วัย แต่รางวัลที่ดีไปกว่านั้น ยังคงรอแจ็คอยู่ ซึ่งนั่นก็คือ เรือแบล็คเพิร์ล ที่หายไปของเขา เรื่องราวจะมีบทสรุปอย่างไรนั้น ลองหาติดตามกันได้ต่อไป….
