นักศึกษาสาว “ยูริ คุราฮาชิ” (รับบทโดย มิซูกิ ยามาโมโตะ) ได้ดูม้วนเทปอาถรรพ์กับเพื่อนของเธอในบ้านของผีคายาโกะ ทันใดนั้น ผีซาโดโกะก็ปรากฎตัวขึ้นพร้อมกับผีคายาโกะ ทำให้ยูริและเพื่อนติดอยู่ท่ามกลางคำสาปของวิญญาณอาฆาตของผีทั้งสองตน
